2020 has been a year of challenges and uncertainty for many, and so we’re very proud to have welcomed a number of new clients to PHM.
In Spring, we started working with Milton Keynes-based mortgage brokerage Mortgage Light and housebuilder Abbey New Homes. During the year, we’ve worked on some creative, community-focused PR campaigns with both clients.
We launched Mortgage Light’s Here to Help campaign and have rolled out a number of initiatives to support their local community, from social media giveaways that recognised and rewarded essential workers and carers, through to a free webinar – hosted in partnership with a local recruiter – to offer interview and CV advice to local people.
In November, we launched Abbey New Homes’ Poppy Appeal campaign. As well as selling poppies and fundraising at each of Abbey’s schemes, the housebuilder offered incentives to Armed Forces personnel reserving a home during the month.
We’ve also started working with St Edward at Green Park Village, their development in Reading. We kicked off our campaign by hosting a first-time buyers’ webinar with property influencers Jade Vanriel and Move IQ, which resulted in almost 300 attendees and a fantastic response from viewers.
More recently, we’ve started work with developer Thakeham Homes at their fantastic scheme Woodgate in Pease Pottage, as well as supporting Maddox Homes and Rooms2U with their marketing and engagement strategies.
We look forward to seeing what 2021 will bring!
