Generate top-tier, high-quality media and social media coverage to support the launch of the two ultra-luxury penthouses at Westmark Tower, West End Gate in Marylebone. 

Campaign

The quality of the new homes – not to mention spectacular photography – spoke for itself. We prepared an informative and eye-catching media pitch for journalists to tell the story of the penthouses and showcase the luxury lifestyle on offer to buyers. We targeted our database of national property supplements, luxury magazines and digital platforms.

In addition, we hosted a cocktail reception at dusk for an array of targeted luxury property and interior social media influencers, agreeing in advance (crucial for success) the objectives of the event and the expected results.
