How will you structure our project?

In short, with a bespoke strategy and process tailored to your requirements and objectives. A comprehensive briefing on appointment is a must; we work as an extension of your team and as an ambassador of your brand, so an in-depth understanding makes all the difference.

We can provide start-to-end campaigning and project planning and execution, ad-hoc/one-off service delivery or ongoing ‘always on’ retained services – or a mix of all three to meet your requirements.

What’s more, we don’t have formal notice periods in place (we like to think our work speaks for itself).

What are your fees?

We work on a retainer or per-project basis and our fees are tailored to the service we’re providing. This means that you’ll always get the best value and the most efficient pricing.

We’re really flexible and can work to most budgets with priority-based planning and results-led strategies, whether you need one-off support or long-term PR-led brand building.

Our fees are for our time and expertise, and are generally ‘all in’ – which means no hidden or unexpected costs. Only expenses are additional, including travel as well as ad spend for example, or event supplies. Expenses are always approved in advance.

Do you collaborate with other agencies?

Yes, and we love to! We work closely with a range of creative agencies in the property space – tight relationships and plenty of experience collaborating on shared projects means the service we provide together is seamless and ultra-efficient; our clients don’t need to play the middleman and your marketing campaigns are cohesive, creative and well-rounded.

Let us know if you need any recommendations.

How do you measure success?

PR measurement can be challenging but we think it is absolutely crucial that we prove our worth and show solid ROI.

We used a mix of industry-recognised tools alongside our own models of evaluation to measure and analyse success, taking into account your own reporting methods to ensure we align.

Who are your clients?

Property and placemaking is our sweet spot and our clients include developers, estate agents, housing associations and councils, as well as other suppliers and brands across the placemaking and built environment sectors such as architects, interior designers, landscapers and lighting providers.

Can you help us?

It’s important to us that we’re the right fit for your business, and crucially, that the results you want are deliverable. We’ll work with you to agree and meet your objectives, however we’re not ‘yes’ people; we’ll advise the best strategy to get there and won’t waste your time or budget with the wrong stories or approach.

If you are looking for advisers, consultants and strategists as well as creative executors for your campaign, get in touch.

What makes you different to other property PR agencies?

Many comms agencies offer pre-planning consultation and engagement expertise, and many others offer sales and marketing PR support. We do both.

Our understanding of new homes and the planning and political backdrop against which developments are brought to market is exceptional and we firmly believe that a cohesive communications strategy that carries through seamlessly has huge impact. So often, sales leads get lost when Land and Planning hand over to Sales and Marketing.

Our foundations as an agency are built on our work with estate agents – so we’re experts in the second-hand home market too.

We’re boutique, but we’re mighty.

You’ll get personal, hands-on service from our Managing Director alongside your dedicated account lead.
