Vista and more spotted in this week’s Metro
For the team here at PHM, nothing signals the beginning of autumn more than a good, hefty property supplement in the papers, and we are always excited to see some familiar names splashed across the pages. This week’s Metro Property was no exception.
For this week’s ‘Hard Hat’ feature, Metro Property visited Berkeley Homes’ Vista development, located on Chelsea Bridge Road directly opposite Battersea Park, where work is well underway. This collection of luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments is just a short walk from vibrant Chelsea, with the adjacent park offering a calm retreat from the bustle of the city. Prices at Vista start from £895,000. For more information on the homes available, call Berkeley Homes on 0203 811 2012.
Vista was also mentioned alongside Thames Valley Housing’s Battersea Police Station in the regular Neighbourhood Watch feature, which focused on home buying in Battersea. Just two one-bedroom apartments remain at this development on Battersea Bridge Road, priced at £196,000 for a 40% share, with a full market value of £490,000. For more information, call Thames Valley Housing on 020 8607 0607.
With Shared Ownership Week in full swing, a number of happy residents at 243 Ealing Road, by Network Homes, shared their stories of buying a home using the scheme and how it helped them onto the first rung of the property ladder. While the homes at this development have all sold, Network Homes will be launching The Bureau in Colindale this month, where prices start at £73,750 for a 25% share, with a full market value of £295,000.
