PHM’s clients enjoyed diverse coverage in March’s edition of Showhouse magazine

Receiving press coverage always puts a spring in our step and to our delight, news of Pelican Media’s new property marketing app, which was recently showcased for the first time at an off-plan sales launch at Searcys at the top of the Gherkin, made it into this month’s Showhouse.

The piece focuses on the app itself, designed specifically for the iPad Pro, which provides users with an CGI plan of the apartments. It also give sales advisers all the information they need right at their fingertips, meaning the app is a great tool for both buyers and sales agents. Gary Patrick, regional sales director for Barratt London, the first developer to use the new technology, acknowledges that the app: “really does help the selling process as it engages interactively with the potential purchaser – we are delighted with the results”.

In addition, Pelican’s ‘Turning Heads’ advert featured in journalist Ginetta Vedrickas’ marketing column, Ad of the Month, for its simple, yet effective headline. Also featured in this month’s issue was journalist Michael Dineen’s one to one interview with Adam O’Brien, managing Director of Metis Homes.
