All these bridges – and we still can’t get over Vista’s wonderful views

The buzz surrounding the construction of the new Garden Bridge in London, beginning very soon, has inspired one property journalist to talk about the demand of riverside properties and those overlooking some of London’s most famous bridges.

In the article “The price of a view to sigh for”, in The Daily Telegraph on the 20th February, journalist Zoe Dare Hall explains that “developers are competing to build new homes overlooking London’s bridges”.

Featuring Berkeley’s Vista as a great example of this, thanks to its prime position on Queenstown Road, opposite Battersea Park and just along from Chelsea Bridge, the article talks about how bridges not only provide an anchor to the city’s past but are also helping to shape its future.

With a further 12 new river crossings planned for London by 2050, the demand for riverside properties is set to increase even further, thanks to the improved views and better cross-river transport links.

The final phase of Vista has now launched, and there are still one and two-bedroom apartments available. Call 020 3053 6900 to book an appointment, or visit Berkeley’s website here for more information.
